1) Water Analyses are recommended as part of
the monitoring requirements and are different for each application. Typical
water analysis includes.
Chemical Residue levels
Equipment maintenance .
2) Equipment Maintenance is an integral part
of a successful chemical treatment program, and is mutually agreed upon by both
parties, and normally includes the following:
Cooling Tower Cleaning
Calibration of Pumps and analyzing equipment
(e.g. pH and conductivity probes) on a regular basis (monthly).
Changing of pump tubing and cleaning of
strainers when needed.
Cleaning pump ball valves (if blocked)
Inspect plant equipment and report problems to operational staff of the client.
3) Chemical Program monitoring is proposed
as part of our after sales service
to ensure the chemicals are applied correctly. This normally includes data
collection and reporting of analysis, problems and plant parameters to track
and report on the performance of the program. This is presented to the client
in a monthly or quarterly report based on the initial agreement.
4) Recommendations regarding the chemical
program are made on a regular basis due to the ever changing nature of water
quality and contaminants in the water and to accommodate any changes in the
